Campbell City
Super Heroes In Training is set in the USA, in the fictional Campbell City.
One year ago, Mayor Clay Whitlock initiated a bold scheme by forming the superhero team - the Campbell City Arsenal.
The Arsenal consists of three empowered women, Mori, Catha & Mach, operating under the auspice of the Mayor.
While some have questioned where Whitlock sources his funding, the CCA have cultivated a celebrity status and have been largely embraced by the city.
One of the Mayor's greatest critics is the investigative journalist, Chloe DeWilde. Though Chloe is employed by the Campbell City Broadcasting, Whitlock is hesitant to have her fired.
Issue #1 begins with a day of celebration for the CCA, marking their first anniversary of serving and protecting the city.
It is also the first day of Whitlock's new Heroes In Training program which sees lesser-empowered individuals employed by the city.
While there are several H.I.T. teams being employed throughout the city, Whitlock has taken an interest in the S.H.I.T. He has assigned his PA, Nadia as their liaison so that he can keep a close eye on them.
